Cancellation Policy

Unless indicated otherwise in the event's specific cancellation policy, there will be no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event start date. Where cancellations are made prior to 14 days before an event date, 21C Skills Lab will refund the amount of the payment made, minus a 10% administration fee or $20, whichever is greater. In no circumstances will refunds or credits be given to registrants who do not provide written notice of cancellation prior to the event start. Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone at any time, but should be made by email to [email protected] and will be valid for the relevant refund so long as you have written acknowledgment.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are welcome before the event begins. Email admin@21cskillslab to request the substitution.

Speaker or Topic Change

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, 21C Skills Lab reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without liability. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

 

Event Date or Location Change

The location, timing, format, purpose, and all other aspects of the event are determined at the sole discretion of 21C Skills Lab. 21C Skills Lab may change any aspect of the event, including without limitation the location, timing, format and purpose, where it considers it is reasonably necessary to do so. Should 21C Skills Lab cancel the event you can request a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

Except as set out above, 21C Skills Lab is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. 21C Skills Lab shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

21C Skills Lab may act as a media or promotional partner for other event providers. This does not constitute endorsement of that event or company or its products. Nor does it transfer any liability to 21C Skills Lab for the event, its content or attendees. You should check that provider’s Cancellation and Event policies with the provider.
